Update: Full Body Workout Still Happening
Added 2020-11-30 07:58:29 +0000 UTCIt's just taking longer than expected. If I'm being perfectly honest, I'm mostly making it for myself. I hurt my wrist recently and it's really putting a damper on my workouts... I can still do my legs, but basically everything else is off the table for a while.

I lost nearly four months of workouts to a bad case of tennis elbow two years ago; it's still flaring up once in a while. I feel your pain. Josh at musclemesmerizer.com has a bunch of files in the same vein, but they're pricey. I've never tried them. Looking forward to when you'll be doing more directly useful workout files, and seeing what you have in mind for making them more erotic - but knowing you're injured makes your choice much more agreeable. Hoping for your sake that you get well soon!
