This bodybuilding file is focused on encouraging you to live a healthy lifestyle. It's designed to make being healthy the easiest and most natural choice for you. I made this in combination with Working Out Feels Like Masturbation. There are a lot of bodybuilding files out there, so I wanted to focus this file on the health and lifestyle aspects of bodybuilding.

So how do I feel after using this file? Hmm, well I definitely think more about bodybuilding. I feel like I’m building up some strong positive associations with the idea, but only time will tell.

I do plan on making more files in this vein. I kept the language in this track surprisingly neutral, but I'd like to make more sexually charged versions of this file in the near future.

Note: This file is gender neutral, body neutral, and sexual orientation neutral. I make no mention of going to the gym, you can easily work out at home, but I do assume you want to build muscle mass and lift weights.
