Fraud Problem

But I have a problem.
1/3 the my patrons who was gather in December were fraud.
They disappeared without payment a few days ago.
I looked over this problem.
I knew fraud accounts are generally problem on Patreon now.
I want to activate "Charge upfront option",but I can't.
It is beta version now,not allowed to all patreon creators.
To send reward to patrons who paid in previous month is one solution that I'm thinking.
If Patreon keeps lenient attitude to fraud, I have to do that method.

FANTIA is Japanese service like patreon.
I'm uploading to there as same as patreon.
there serving payment upfront system, but Japanese UI only. :(
Language problem is reason that I have Patreon.
I wrote English guide a bit at FANTIA.
To join my FANTIA is the best way if you want to get my works right away as before.
For now, I'll keep uproad to Patreon as before.
Just for now.

Hello. I figure I might've been one of those guys. I thought my donation would've gone through first thing, but that clearly wasn't the case. I'll donate $10 this month instead of the usual $5. Sorry again.

So it wouldn't hurt to send Patreon a message.<br><br>My only issue with Fantia is that they don't use Paypal (Enty used to allow this option but removed it).
