Cancelled design Commission
Added 2023-10-13 06:24:00 +0000 UTCCharacter design comm that got cut short due to client not being happy with it. A ref sheet was planned but left it at a frontal pinup. Requested was a luxray character with the color palette of a bennett, and bimboi features.

Well, they still own/payed for this. Perhaps they will put him for sale to recuperate funds.
