As I mentioned before I suffer from tendonitis in my hands and working long hours in front of the computer has caused my hand pain to get worse and worse.
In addition to the tendonitis in my hands, I found that my cervical spine is also getting more and more painful, my right shoulder is particularly painful where it connects to my neck, I don't know if this is the reason why my right hand is always in a state of numbness.
In the recent past I found that I am holding on to the limit, I decided to not update CC content in September to give myself a break and go to the hospital to seek medical help, I am very sorry.
