About this month all I want to say is that I've been exhausted. My sleep schedule was compromised by a positive change (quitting a pharmaceutical therapy), so I temporarily find it difficult to fall asleep, experience frequent nightmares and wake up several times during the night. I knew this was going to happen, and I'm glad it's happening now that I have a relatively empty calendar, but yeah, insomnia is indeed a bitch. Funny is that I chose days in which I felt most energetic to shoot, but still found it hard to perform decently. I'm really happy though, it's a good period for me, I'm finally healing in many ways and can't wait to get strong again. How about you? Have you ever experienced insomnia? Do you have any tips on how to balance your sleep hygiene? I'm honestly not experienced in the issue, have always slept like a rock for 9/10 hours a day (maybe that's why I'm suffering so much).
