After lunch

Suffering for IBS, I suspect there’s some kind of stress hiding somewhere in me, but can’t find a specific cause. Anyways, laying face down under the warm sun helps a lot, it’s a good therapy and I love it. My man took me this pic today , after lunch,while I was sleeping. I kinda like it, so here you have it 🌸

È da un paio di giorni che soffro di mal di pancia dopo i pasti. Avendo la sindrome del colon irritabile, sospetto che da qualche parte dentro di me si nasconda dello stress, ma non ne riesco ad identificare la causa. Comunque, stendermi a faccia in giù sotto il calore del sole mi aiuta molto, è una buona terapia e adoro farlo. Il mio ragazzo mi ha fatto questa foto oggi, dopo pranzo, mentre dormivo. Mi piace abbastanza, quindi eccovela 🌸
