Gamer Mode

Going to be uploading a lot more these next few days. Also going to finish some commissions I need to. For now, enjoy this manip and little story below!

Greg had recently moved to a new town and it was hard making new friends. All he wanted was someone to play games with. Whenever he asked his sister Jess to play with him, she told him she wasn't a gamer.

Today was Greg's lucky day. Hearing a knock at the door, he opened it to see no one there. Confused, he looked around and saw a box on his porch. "Did mom order something?" He thought.

Greg took the box inside and opened it, revealing a wheel with a spiral on it. Curious, he spun it, and found himself mesmerized by the way it swirled around and around.

"Greg, what are you doing?"

Snapping out of it, Greg turned and saw his sister standing behind him. "Oh, uhh.. this came in the mail. Pretty weird, huh?" He said, spinning the wheel in front of Jess's eyes.

"Yeah, that is really.. uhhhhhh..." Jess trailed off, her eyes turning to spirals, matching the one on the wheel. Her mouth hung open and she stood slumped forward, swirly eyes glued to the center.

Greg was surprised. Was his sister.. hypnotized? "Jess.. can you hear me?"

"Yes Greg.. I hear and I obey..." Replied Jess, as a bit of drool rolled down her chin.

Amazed, Greg laughed and had an idea. "Okay, from now on, whenever I say 'Gamer Mode', you become a hardcore gamer who wants to play games with me. Uhh.. wake up now."

As Greg moved the wheel away, Jess blinked a few times and her eyes went back to normal. "What was I saying?" She asked, scratching her head in confusion.

"Ehh, it probably wasn't anything important. You should enter Gamer Mode!" Said Greg, happily sitting back on the couch.

Instantly, the spirals returned to Jess's eyes and she had a smirk on her face. "Gotta go game, see you later bro." She said, running upstairs.

Greg couldn't help but laugh. Jess never spoke like that! He headed upstairs to see what she was doing, only to find her in his room on his chair, his headset on and controller in her hand. Her feet were up on his desk and she looked smug. "Wanna play, bro?"

"Yeah, let's play!" Said Greg, grabbing the second controller and headset. He didn't even mind that she had stolen his chair. As long as he finally had someone to play games with.
