Beautiful
Added 2018-03-05 10:01:22 +0000 UTCEvery woman deserves to feel beautiful, everyday, in her own body; we are supposed to feel like this without any help, not even a mirror, and we can, but it’s not easy at all. I started feeling beautiful once somebody started loving me. Probably I already knew there was nothing wrong with my appearance, but paradoxically I needed somebody to say it: “you’re beautiful”, to believe it for real. Besides it never worked when the person who said it was a member of my family. It looks like we need to feel accepted by strangers more than by the people who really count in our lives. So one day a guy came into my life and said it, screamed it loud and didn’t even used words. First I fell in love with the way he photographed me, then I fell in love with him, and finally I fell in love with myself.
