Just a little note to let you know that Iโll be offline for the next few days. Iโm heading into a little self-imposed isolation and a short Vipassana, so it means no phone, no internet, no contact with the outside world. Iโll be spending this time alone in a cabin in the forest, reconnecting with myself ๐ฑ
So if I donโt respond, donโt worry, I havenโt died, Iโm just meditating in the woods like a tiny forest hermit! )))
Just wanted to let you know in case you try to reach me and canโt ๐๐ป

I Met Suata a number of years ago in SF. I still have a copy somewhere of his first book that he gave me. A mutual friend introduced us. He was my introduction to Vipassana.
