Guys I beg PLEEEEEASE watch Jinny’s kitchen season 1. It was filmed just after the group ‘broke up’ when Jin went to the military and they all had lots of time to do things. It stars V (taehyung) and some Korean actors (one you know from train to busan). They run a small restaurant for like 10 days and it’s such a fun watch. Please let that be your next reaction. Love you guys ^^

So that's why they made him have this silly entrance because that is his character and his demeanor that he walks around with. He doesn't like fighting and you will find out why, so they gave him the perfect yet unique entrance that I thought was super funny and brought something new and intriguing to the show making you want to watch more and see how his character and it all play out.

2025-10-01 21:30:32 +0000 UTCI disagree. I think Baku’s intro showcased how different these new characters are compared to the ones from season 1. Suho was introduced as this bold character beating up that baseball team in season 1 compared to Baku being a little more humorous with his intro.

It takes away the joy of watching when you’re constantly reading explanations about why a certain character should be liked. Just let them enjoy the series naturally, they’ll come to their own conclusions as the story unfolds.

I think from the discussions this epsiode, I think it'll help if you try to do a little less comparisons. there's been a few more critical reactions lately comparing Weak Hero 1 vs 2, comparing Squid Game 1 vs 2 and even Alice in Borderland vs Squid Game. Which is a shame as I feel like all these reaction videos have had a bit of a down tone and as a viewer we know in every example you need to TRUST THE PROCESS. Not to comapre too much, to go with the flow, and to just enjoy the journey. You know the patreon and fans would NEVER get you to react to bad shows, so just trust us too. I like you guys theorising what's going to happen and analysing the characters/plot and I'd love you to focus on that too and not get too bogged down. Personaly I loved the comedic element of Baku and how he came in because it caught me off guard, I know he'd be terrifying but then wasn't and I love being kept on my toes like that. I get the impression the show is going to dive into him as not just a funny guy, so i'm excited to get into that. I hear it's trust to the webtoon also Like others have said the webtoon it's based off actually starts with Weak Hero season 2 and season 1 is more of a prequel to create a backstory for Sieun. I totally get why you naturally feel like you have to compare something to the original and it's hard when you LOVED season 1. But lets goooo, i'm also watching season 2 for the first time with you guys every step of the way, so let's trust all the comments about how incredible this season is going to be and see what happens :)
