Summer update

Hey all, been a bit from the previous general update. Got a few things to mention, so let's get right into it.

ART SITUATION

Many of you have surely noticed the increase in quantity of exclusives being commissioned artworks. This is unfortunately the only way I can stay in business currently, ever since Gumroad shut down its NSFW sales, which was a huge blow to my income. I have couple of replacement options under consideration, but I'm not fully comfortable committing to either yet, until I've done some more research and preparation, so in the short term I will need to cover the losses with extra commissions. This will mean that 2-3 of my works each month will need to be commissions, leaving roughly enough time to do 1-2 works of my own. Frankly, I don't like the ratio, but I can't stay in business otherwise, sadly. I'd be broke in matter of months otherwise.

SHORT HOLIDAY

Even with my financial situation being tight, I still need at least one week of summer holiday this year, which will be in the coming week, from July 1st to 7th. It's necessary for my sanity, and I'll be spending half of it taking care of chores that have piled up lately anyway, to reduce my stress levels.

The effects of the holiday are that I won't be doing art during the holiday week, and while I will check messages daily, responses might take longer than my usual 24 hours. Some higher tier benefits, like Collector tiers', might happen a few days later than usual too.

NEW MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT: CONTENT RE-RUNS

To compensate for the changed art ratio lately, and the holiday this month, and the limited options to purchase older exclusive content, as well as to celebrate my 5-year anniversary as a mostly full-time artist, I'm adding a new benefit to membership tiers from Super Patron ($5) upward. I call this benefit "Content Re-runs", though it's technically just access to specific older content archives.

From now on, at the end of each month, members of Super Patron and higher tiers will receive a link to an archive of exclusive content from the month 5 years prior! So, for example, in July 2024, members of Super Patron and higher also receive a link to an archive of content from July 2019! So, if you haven't been around since the beginning of my Patreon re-launch in 2019, you can start collecting old exclusives alongside the ongoing content as a bonus!

The first re-run content links were just sent for June, and just this time the $2 tier also got the archive. Enjoy!
