Jacob and the Raven's Kiss - Lineups update!

I've also included a new footnote text to be a bit more informative about when these height changes occurred. The panels numbers mentioned are averaged to the end of each scene.
Will do more lineups of the other characters once they grow a bit more(and they will grow A LOT more!) ;)
