For illustrations, one day is the fastest and around 3 days is the longest I worked on one, I think. Details are actually easy. Design, pose, face, etc. that's hard. But I use a lot of 3d renders, photos, textures, to speed it up.

If you are doing this all alone it must take forever to draw even a simple scene like the Anna couch scene considering all the detail you put into it.
