Been on the phone a lot with my mortgage advisor keeping everything rolling. Busy and stressed and exhausted.
I actually finished page 11 a while back but rendering magic has given me so much grief I've been stuck on 9 and 10 for ages. Enjoy(?) Dorian's magic worms...
