I love, love, love that Oda totally hinted about the time travel all the way back in Zou in a way that was too subtle to catch. Momonosuke saying he was alive at the same time as Roger was just played up as a kid's lie, so it was easy to miss, but there was a second hint, when Momo scolds Dog Storm and Cat Viper for fighting, he says 'you used to be such good friends' even though we know that those two have been fighting for 20 years already.

'toki' is Japanesse for 'time', (Though in the sense of a specific time that an event takes place rather then the concept of time itself) and the name of her fruit is the Toki-Toki-no-Mi.
