2023-02-25 07:53:32 +0000 UTCI just don't see Luffy dying in the end. It doesn't feel like Oda's style to give us a downer ending like that. I expect that Luffy may be dying but Chopper will save him and that completes Chopper's dream of being the cure all disease.
