2023-02-15 08:51:57 +0000 UTCYou might've missed it, but Tosen isn't actuall hypnotized. In ep 60 Aizen says that anyone who lays eyes on hi shikai release falls under its power. However, Tosen is blind. That's why Captain Unohana (medic lady) reacted the way she did. Because she realized that Tosen is the only person in the Soul Society who would actually be immune to its powers. The fact that he's with Aizen means he's with him of his own volition.
