Whoooo major binge FTW! And right away "I have never thought about fighting a door before"... obviously you've never read/played the Lone Wolf Gamebooks (Kind of a Choose Your Own Adventure/single player D&D adventure gamebook thing that is really damn fun) Where yes, one at least two separate occasions, you can end up fighting a door..... and die doing so if you do badly in the combat.... and that is not even the most bizarre way to die in those things. (My personal favorite WTF death was just wandering into the wrong shop and getting poisoned by an insane taxidermist with no connection to the plot at all that wants to turn you into his masterpiece.)
