I almost never feel that way since translations make it so that the English voice actors have to speak weirdly to match the lip flaps meant for Japanese. That kind of weird speaking rhythm always throws me off. That still definitely happens in Cyberpunk but hearing the characters actually have the accents and speak the way you'd expect from someone who lives in Night City is just so much more immersive imo. Probably doesn't matter too much which you do since they both seem pretty good but just figured I'd throw in my 2 cents since you asked about it.
