I think he has the exact same eyes as Corazon. When the arrow comes at him, you see him open his eye in a close-up shot as he wakes up in a cold sweat (05:06). That eye looks just like Corazon's. He might be missing the second eye though, who knows.

Nope we have not seen this man‘s eyes before and I am really curious how he looks without the sun glasses. Maybe like Pekoms……
And nope this is the reveal of Law‘s D.

Homing and family was way too privileged and naive to live outside of Marie Jois. Celestial Dragons have been treated as Gods and protected by the World Government for centuries. Centuries of being told that they are perfect, entitled to everything, and that there will be no consequences for their actions. On top of all that, the World Government is definitely not telling the Celestial Dragons anything about the hatred these people have towards them. Every time they go some place they are received by a big celebration and fake smiles. Would most of the Celestial Dragons care if they are hated by them? HELL NO! But for Homing and his family, finding out the truth this way, it has cost them everything.

Battle of Trafalgar, (October 21, 1805), naval engagement of the Napoleonic Wars, which established British naval supremacy for more than 100 years; it was fought west of Cape Trafalgar, Spain, between Cádiz and the Strait of Gibraltar.
The Battle of Waterloo, which took place in Belgium on June 18, 1815, marked the final defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte, who conquered much of Europe in the early 19th century
And Dressrosa is basically a replica of Spain.
