The actual manga chapter was almost entirely the dodgeball game, so all the scenes with Henderson, the training montages, all of those were added in the anime. And, like episode 5, they did a great job of seamlessly expanding the story to add all the extra drama. Plus, they gave Yor a much bigger part than she had in the manga, where she literally showed up in one panel saying she'd train Anya.
