The other aspects of Nen have not disappeared. You are still seeing them. They are just universal to all Nen users. You can see the shroud of Ten (defensive), Zetsu (sometimes used more narrowly as In, disguising aura the way Hisoka did), Ren (power build up) which you just saw here, with Uvo focussing red. You can also focus it as Gyo (eyes only). It's Hatsu (the sort of 'activate' function) that's different for each one, what they do with their accumulated power. Easiest to see are the enhancers (Wing, Gon, Uvo), who just collect power and then go "Bang". Others collect power and do something different.
