Okay. I hate to litter you with comments. But did you really think Ainz is shameless enough to drug them? Think of Ainz as a NPC in a videogame that will not attack you until provoked. BUT he is pressed by Demiurge a LOT. They emphazise more on it in the books. Ainz ultimate priniple is; There is no point killing needlessly

Tell him you want to serve Nazarick or maybe Ainz would be interested in some ability or knowledge they have. Ainz seems generous to those that please him. And he doesn't like senseless killing so they just have to make up for their mistake of breaking in.
