I think this comment from Crunchyroll sums up episode 7: "So really, other than the Screaming Chicken Killer, no one else was really needed." 🤣 Guǐ Niǎo's real name revealed in episode 8 is Lǐn Xuě Yā, lit. Austere Snow Crow. The great thing about how he's written is that everything he says sounds reasonable, no matter whether you're on to him swindling you or not. The man's a master manipulator.
