For the love of god, please let me clarify that the girl who said he was "not well endowed" was talking about Luffy's CHEST! I think the translator had a bit too much fun here being vague like that, lol. A more literal translation would be "She's a girl with no bust."

The Japanese slang for testicles is kintama, meaning "golden eggs" (thus the yellow sheen from Luffy's crotch), and English happens to have slang that basically means the same thing. - Everybody loves Aphelandra. Cutest 12-foot-tall Amazon ever. She's named after the aphelandra plant, which is a jungle flower that can grow up to 6 feet tall. - Boa Hancock continues Oda's convention of having each of the Warlords be named and styled after an animal (boa, obviously).
