If you want a good place to take a break and watch all the filler arcs up to this point, I'd recommend either 384 (the end of Thriller Bark) or 516 which is the end of the next saga, and probably the best place to stop and rewatch old episodes before moving ahead.

If you haven't been told/figured it out yet the songs were playing over the episodes they were the opening for, so whenever it changed a new opening came out. Lastly people usually do opening re-reactions after opening 14 aka like ~510.I wouldn't mind you doing it in smaller pieces just informing you what the "usual" time frame is. "Gomen-ne" Yeah, a third of the way to being caught up, and you still have no idea the insanity and amazing adventure still ahead of you.
