There were a few that are already totally safe as they were made before this point, though they tend to be... pretty much Filler-ish and Film 6 is about the only one that is really held up as really good. But, you are about to hit where the big films come out, the ones that have Oda himself involved and are more tightly tied into the story (The actual events in the films aren't canon, but a lot of the details about them such as certain major characters/places are) The first major, you really should watch and react to it, one is Strong World, which takes place between Thriller Bark and the next arc after that.
