Who really isn't as awesome as he thinks, it's just almost no one in the sky knows how to handle Logias. In an SBS Oda gave what Eneru's bounty would have been had he been on the Blue Sea, and while high, it would still just place him in the upper reaches of mid tier threat level. As to Sea Prism Stone not being a one off plot device........ This is One Piece, EVERYTHING exist for a reason, often multiple reasons, and Oda plans decades in advance. And most importantly, Oda never forgets. (Except that time last month where we found out the reason the name of a characters Devil Fruit hadn't been revealed wasn't because it was being kept secret for some big reveal of a twist like people thought.... but Oda flat out didn't realize he had never actually stated the name of it. Oops....)
