The main city the show takes place in is called Academy City and is actually about 1/3 of Tokyo, just cut off from the rest of the world in it's own city-state type situation. It's still one of my favorite settings from anime from all time, if you don't count One Piece. I definitely recommend giving it a watch, but don't use the rule of 3s on it as it's a show that takes a while to develop.
2021-07-15 15:30:22 +0000 UTCA Certain Magical Index is great anime, but quite complicated. :D The next reaction could be A Certain Scientific Railgun (6 op ) and A Certain Scientific Accelerator? (1 op ) They are played in the same world as the Index, only here the main characters are different. : D
