What do you mean! Never talked to a brutha called Jesus!?! :P The only point of the top 10 traditionally is to be able to choose where you are stationed. And since they are the "Top Ten" of their call they are usually the most capable so the inner wall police would be someone competent expect they never actually fight anything unlike the Scouts. So basically a place where talent goes to die and lazy people become corrupt i guess. *Plays Battlestar Galactica music*
