Lordling of Hearts update v0.4.0 was supposed to drop for Patreons next Monday.
Alas, life had other plans.
My back locked up, and I can't sit on a chair for more then a couple of minutes at a time at the moment. I should be good in a couple of days, but I can't do the animation and coding work right now, meaning the update will be delayed while I heal. I expect that the update will now ship somewhere between the 6th and the 13th of May.
