This week I ended up working on the creature databases and dungeon maps, making innumerable updates, additions, and changes. All dungeons will get several alterations, adding new encounters using the map-combat system. Additionally, there will be various new rooms and treasures. Secondly, I have been working through some of the essential spells this week, like Inspect and Fireball.
Six new weapons have been added to smooth out the progression with the way weapon damage works on the map, including a bow, crossbow, throwing-knife, frying pan, and more. Ten new map-only enemies have been added to fill out the roster and make for some tricky combat encounters. There is still an enormous heap of work to be done, like area-of-effect spells, stuns, boons, dodge chance, weapon scaling moves, and more. Hopefully, I can get some more of that done before the end of the month, but the prompt-poll Flutty stuff takes priority right now, and I got some more dungeons to finish.
