First, he's restrained with rope to some bamboo spreader bars, gets clamped in a vice, nipples pinched, and forced into a stress position that leaves him trembling. Next, he's suspended in mid-air, his finally released from its metal prison, and milked to perfection, his body writhing in ecstasy. Finally, he's brought to his knees for a deafening crescendo.
