After spending the night at her friend's house talking and watching movies, Lexa woke up the next morning and went out to the backyard of the house, where she sat in one of the chairs under an umbrella. The morning was warm, with the sunlight hitting her skin, her bare feet collecting dirt from having crossed the garden. As she looked at her phone, she ignored everything that was happening around her... Or at her feet.
Mike, a 20-year-old boy from the neighborhood, who disappeared after the shrinking virus affected him, had been fighting for his life for days on the edges of the neighborhood sidewalk, running and dodging the giant feet of the women and girls who walked without even noticing his existence, even his own mother was about to crush him while she was taking her morning walk. The simple movements of the giant women's feet caused strong gusts of wind that effortlessly sent tiny Mike flying, further and further away from his house, where he could try to get his mother's attention and end this nightmare.
But each time, Mike's hopes were almost zero, because he had already accepted his fate in this new tiny life. He had entered the garden of one of the neighbors on the block and, after a few days, he found a group of people affected just like him. They welcomed him into their group with satisfaction of having found him before anything could happen to him. He was still young and they knew the fear that this caused in him.
One day, as the sun was setting, everything seemed calm, the group of tiny people walked back to their hiding place between the planks of a huge wooden table. But suddenly, the ground began to tremble slightly and every second it began to feel stronger and stronger. That wasn't normal, because at this time the giant women usually stayed inside the house in their rooms. When the ground shook so hard that all the tinies lost their balance, the sliding door of the house opened and a group of giant girls came out to the backyard, laughing and chatting with each other, some carrying snacks and others carrying beers and other drinks. The tinies watched in terror as the girls walked towards them, knowing that none of the giantesses would know they were there. They all started running in different directions, screaming in horror and hoping that one of the girls would notice them.
Mike, for his part, froze, watching the giant girls approach the table where he was taking refuge, but he just stood there watching as his group scattered everywhere, until...
CRUSHH...
With a thud, one of the girls' feet fell directly on one of the tiny men. Mike looked up at the girl's face, she wasn't even looking down, she was just laughing, chatting with her friend as she settled into a chair.
CRUSHHH...
Right after, Nora, the only female in the group was crushed by another girl. She was even bigger than Mike and the other men, but she still wasn't even noticed by the giantess.
CRUSHHH...
Slowly, Mike witnessed how insignificant they are compared to a normal person, he had to watch as the only people he had in his life were crushed and erased from existence by a group of girls who just sat in the backyard hanging out. Mike walked over to the feet of one of them, her Birkenstocks were huge, but he was still able to climb up to her toes. But just before he could think of his next move, Mike lost his balance when the girl slightly moved her toes, while talking to the other girls, causing Mike to get lost between her toes, remaining unconscious for the rest of the night.
The next morning...
Mike woke up in a different terrain, the giant grass was gone and the ground was harder than usual. As he tried to stand up he noticed that the garden where he and his group were hiding was hundreds of meters away from him. How had he gotten there? Mike seemed to remember the words of the girl he got trapped between her toes...
"Ughh... There's a pebble in my sandals that's been bothering me all this time..."
Apparently after the girl shook her foot, she inadvertently left Mike unconscious and lying on the ground as the girls passed just inches away from him.
Mike shook his head and tried to think of what to do now, he was totally alone and exposed in this place. Looking around, he was surprised to see one of the girls from last night sitting under an umbrella using her cell phone. He approached her, carefully at her bare feet. She was so focused on her phone that she simply ignored the tiny Mike's presence, so he snuck under Lexa's toes. Unbeknownst to her, a tiny man was crawling under her toes. The smell was so overwhelming, it was very hard for Mike to breathe, until he was able to climb the skin between her big and index toes, but this quickly caused an itch for Lexa, who just shook her foot as Mike was once again sent flying.
As the tiny boy hit the ground, Lexa's gigantic foot immediately fell just inches away from him. Lexa was curious and just peeking through her phone, she noticed the tiny bug sniffing at her feet.
"What the...? What is...? Oh no, it's one of those fucking tinies!? Sorry, dude, it's too early for this... Gross..." Lexa went back to her phone, as she carelessly moved her foot forward, crushing Mike instantly, spinning her foot on the ground over and over again.
"Hey... *Yawwn* What are you doing here so early? I thought... What are you doing?" Amy, still sleepily, came out to the backyard, sitting next to Lexa.
"Huh? Oh, it's nothing. Just a tiny that was walking around my feet..."
"And you just crushed him!? Omg, w-why would you do something like that!!??"
"Ugghhh, they're the size of bugs, they're not even normal people, so what? Plus, you didn't even notice how many of them were squashed on your foot while you were sleeping..."
"On my... foot...? Eww, j-just... Listen, don't say anything, okay? Ever since that guy... Mike... disappeared, tempers are low here, promise me you won't say something like what you just said."
"Yeah... Sure... Whatever."
