A small group of hum-ants had settled in the corners of a huge house, which for them was more than a world to explore. All the time they remained alert in case a giantess appeared and to avoid being crushed by her. But over time, they had several encounters with that gigantic goddess, but unlike other giantesses, she preferred to take them in the gigantic palm of her hand and put them in a safe place, either in one of her flowerpots inside her house or simply in the garden, not knowing that she put them at greater risk by leaving them defenseless against other bugs and with nowhere to take refuge when she and her friends gathered and sat in the garden to hang out, not even caring what was happening at their feet.
Samantha was always a lover of nature, and that includes the weakest and defenseless bugs, the hum-ants. Sam noticed that somehow, whenever she would relax on her couch with some snacks, these tiny bugs would make themselves present on her feet, as if they were trying to get her attention for some food. As the bugs crawled onto her feet, she would pick them up with her fingers and put them in a "safe place" and drop small pieces of snacks that would serve as food for them. But even in the kindest acts of the giantess, there were always unfortunate little hum-ants that weren't seen by her and ended up stuck between her toes, until the pressure caused by each step of Sam ended up crushing them.
From time to time, Sam would have her older sister visit, but she knew that she hated insects and if she found out that there were hum-ants in the corners of her house, she wouldn't hesitate to crush every single one of them. On a sudden visit from her sister, Samantha had taken a pair of hum-ants that she had seen on her dresser next to her bed, but when she heard her sister's footsteps heading towards her room, she took one of the socks on the floor and threw them into it.
"I know it's disgusting, but I don't want her to see you..."
For the rest of the afternoon, Sam and her sister stayed in her room until they fell asleep. The next day, Sam woke up suddenly to the sound of her alarm, she had to get ready soon or she would be late for class. After a few minutes, after taking a shower, Samantha walked quickly through her room, getting everything ready to go out. Without realizing it, on a couple of occasions she was almost walking over the sock where she had thrown the two hum-ants the day before. She then sat on her bed and took the pair of socks that were on the floor, she quickly put them on without thinking, unaware of the little bugs that she had "saved" from her sister.
7 hours later
Samantha had arrived home after a busy day at school. She kicked off her shoes, then her socks and threw herself onto the couch, kicking her feet up in front of the coffee table. A few hum-ants who were there, barely managed to escape before the giantess's giant heel fell on them. As she stretched and wiggled her feet, the tiny bugs managed to notice the unfortunate little guys who had disappeared out of nowhere the day before.
"Hmm, I wonder if Sophie and Kim want to do something today..."
