And this being one of them normal events of Leto's life.

And yes it's a waterfall urinal, helps to relax the user, reduce any splashbacks as well as keeping it clean.

It makes sense that things would be a bit more casual, in that regards, with people wanting limited privacy, sure, but not requiring the same amount of privacy we humans seem to favor for comfort.
