Sitting on the top of skyscraper. Surge has the mobian pinned to the ground, wedged between her yellow pants-cladded buttock thinking that will humiliate the mobian below. But instead she found annoyance when the mobian seem to be enjoying from it.
Out of frustration and wanting to obliterate the mobian. Surge decide to channel her concentration in her stomach and showing what she could do with half a dozen of chili dogs she ate earlier. Her pants quickly expands as her fumes burst out and buried the mobian right below her, under the airtight and leakproof pants. Now full of gas.
