Ok so after the detour last week with the hemi tests, I decided to postpone solving that very complex problem and focus on learning how to do longer singular video.

This test is 7 seconds long. And the thing is, increasing the length hugely increases generating time (and therefore iterating time) AND ALSO the chances of it failing in basically any aspect, from the face not being pretty, to arms appearing, to bad motion, visual glitches, the subject not doing or looking as what you prompt for, etc.

And as you saw proven by the fake movie trailer, short shots work fine for a semi narrative or a music video-like compilation, but obviously for those yarning for something calmer and more like one calm shot, I wanted to explore that option too.

So I spent this week learning how to avoid the problems coming with it - which is basically by training more sturdy, better trained custom lora. (Lora being the way you train the ai to do a concept - like for example a woman with no arms).

And what else better could I choose as a new lora for this, than my all time favourite concept "an armless internet streamer chick" xD.

So - this test very much still has some motion issues. But I am now sure on my way to avoid them, it's just gonna take more training time, possibly on motion sources too, so next week I promise something smoother, because now I understand how.

And yes, I build this one as NOT a one character lora. Meaning this should be able to generate different kinds of girls every time and in different outfits for some sweet variety!
