Hey everyone!
It’s been a little over a month since the release of Episode 2, so I wanted to take a moment to share some updates and thoughts as I work on Episode 3.
To be completely honest, I was hoping for a stronger response to Episode 2. While I’ve seen some great feedback from players who enjoyed it, the overall attention and sales have been noticeably lower compared to Episode 1. It’s a bit frustrating because Episode 2 is even longer and took more effort to develop, yet it almost feels like it went unnoticed. There are fewer comments, fewer reviews—it just didn’t get the same level of engagement.
The confusing part is that I haven’t heard anyone say Episode 1 was better. If anything, the feedback I have received suggests people liked Episode 2 even more. So it’s a bit of a mixed feeling—on one hand, I know the quality is there, but on the other, it’s disheartening to see less enthusiasm.
That said, I’m not slowing down. I’m committed to finishing the first season, though I’ve made some adjustments to keep the overall project more manageable. I can now confirm that Season 1 will have four episodes in total. My plan is to release Episodes 3 and 4 this year and bring this chapter of the story to a close. What happens after that? Well, we’ll see.
Right now, I’m focused on writing. The story has been mapped out for a while, and I’m currently shaping the scenes and dialogues. It’s coming together well, and I’d estimate that about 30% of the writing is complete at this point.
That’s it for now! I’ll try to post more frequent updates to keep you in the loop. As always, thank you for your support—I appreciate every single one of you who’s following this journey.
