The results will go as follows
1st and 2nd ---> Tier 3 Video
3rd and 4th ---> Tier 2 Video
5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th ---> Tier 1 Video
Changes for next meeting.
As voted on by the Tier 3 Council Members, starting the next meeting the Tier 3 & 2 winners will be put on a ban list for one meeting. This means they will not be accepted at the submissions phase. This will hopefully create more variety in the submissions and winning characters.

次回ミーティングの変更点
Tier 3評議会メンバーの投票により、次回のミーティングからTier 3とTier 2の勝者は1つのミーティングの間、禁止リストに入れられる。これは、応募段階での受理がされないことを意味する。これにより、よりバラエティに富んだ応募と優勝キャラクターが生まれることを期待しています。
