Rebalance was a lie, and the girls were done pretending it was not! There was no more crisis to justify forcing feminization and sexual enslavement on 25% of the male population as well as the entire female population! Population and birth rate were now higher than before the collapse! Forced breeding was no longer even practiced. The girls were just luxury toys for the men these days.
