As a center-right fella, I see very often any criticism of the current administration as having to have come from some leftist ideology. The current party is so detached from republicanism and has been trampling over countless federalist ideals in it'squest for centralization. It is defined by demagoguery, contradiction, and fear. That is not republican ideology, those are means of disrupting a democracy and centralizing power. Contradiction is a big one. It guts the power of the party, as no one can say anything for certain and creates a follow-the-leader dynamic.
