Sorry to say this, but I actually preferred your game before you added the Hall Monitor. Just trying to do the Wine Glass mission, there and back I got hogtied 36 times... Call me picky, but I'd say that's a bit overkill. On some occasions I was barely able to stand up before I was instantly hogtied again. Maybe put a cooldown timer on the Hall Monitor so I actually have a chance to take a few steps before getting immobilized again.
