Would partly agree. The dress stays same heavy and stiff. The undersuit may be with short sleeves/legs

Okay, fully agree with your point on 4. Didn't mean that. Meant only thin layer dresses with short sleeve/ short leg undersuit and not that other undersuit for service inmates

3. Agree - as technically she is not inmate anymore, so she will be not maintaned by service inmate, so she will take shower and dress herself. But this will lead to cross-control from other sentries.
4. Do not agree. Look at her collar it is almost tight as PC inmates uniform has.

Privileges could be
.to get lights switched off during rest times
. to be allowed to sit more often (if other inmates may sit at all)
. larger regular cell with shower
. light dress and underwear for own handling?
