[NSFW] How It's Made: Geralt
Added 2025-05-29 11:23:06 +0000 UTCmy goal going into this was to create intimacy with the viewer. just us and geralt, at night, gettin cozy. and initially I had planned a single, rather passive lightsource shining at him from the front (to kinda create the illusion of no lightsource) as I really love the artworks that can pull that off! I always find that they create the ultimate intimate feeling.
but, as you can see, i couldn't help myself. I'm a sucker for a cut off external lightsource. had to be done.
also new is a POV body - and new things are always a challenge! it's not perfect, but not too bad for a first time.
all in all, a fun painting to do!
