As a non-smoker, I vastly prefer a non-smoking partner (the taste and smell), but my goodness if inhaling the smoke back into the nostrils isn't damn sexy. Right after being able to blow smoke-ships through smoke-rings.
I'm putting off drawing that hand as getting references with the correct pose in the right angle is a pain - will most likely have to resort to taking pictures of my own hand, which is unfortunately quite feminine, which again requires a bit more thinking and finicking.
Hands are hard.
