Transparency: Whats going on with Naariels Patreon?

Hello my dear Patrons! July and August has been very silent from me, so I figured I'd explain to you all what's going on and what's going to happen over the next few months.

I got a Puppy

And she wasn't really planned for! I got one for my birthday, surprise surprise. I love Korra, but it also means I hadn't made room in my work calendar for the 24/7 job that is an 8 week old puppy. I got no work done the first week, and only 30 minutes a day the 2nd week. So I started lagging behind, and would be lagging behind for a few weeks. Not enough for anyone to notice except me and my calendar however, no need to bother you with it.

My PC Broke

Then, as I was trying to catch up with my staggering workload, my computer went kaput. In the end I went 3 weeks without any drawing. My PC finally fixed, but I am obviously a million miles behind on anything that can be called a deadline. The physical rewards for July and August hasn't been sent out and the digital rewards for August simply doesn't exist yet - because I haven't had time or chance to draw. 

The Plan

I am very ashamed of this. I am really sorry everything is ridiculously delayed. It hurts to type this as I'd much rather just swipe it under the rug and pretend it's all fine! I bet some of you can relate to this feeling. Instead I'll be rational and transparent with you. You deserve to know whats going on. 

To catch up on my workload, I need a new plan and shift priorities around. 

Here's what I'll be prioritizing over the next weeks to get back on track:

1. Blizzcon Badge Commissions. There are 2 of them that still need to be painted, and another 2 that needs to be shipped. These are the highest priority for me because they obviously need to arrive before Blizzcon, and they're shipped overseas. Hopefully this week, but probably not.

2. Pen Pal Prints will be shipped this week.

4. Mystery Chests for July and August are next on my to-do list. I'll assemble and ship these out as soon as my Blizzcon badges are finished and ready to be assembled and shipped too. Doing these together will save me a bit of time. Hopefully next week, but probably the week after.  

5. Commissions without a deadline will be priority after Mystery Chests are sent out. I realise this won't seem fair to you whose waited since early July for your piece of art, but I hope you can understand my need to prioritise time sensitive tasks first. 

6. Digital Rewards, Loyalty stickers, Art Critiques (send them to me!) and NSFW commissions will be prioritised last - and will happen as soon as possible. I have will not forget you!

It'll probably take me all of September to catch up, and September rewards will be very delayed too. But come October I hope we're on the right track again. Thank you so much for your patience and patronage during this stressful and messy time! 

I won't be accepting any new High Quality commissions until I'm finished with my current to-do list. ETA of next opening is October. 

TLDR: I'm really behind schedule. I am really sorry and I'm working on fixing it.
