Scarlet Law 0.3.8 Progress

Morning folks. It's been a bit.

I'm still feeling under the weather but slowly getting motivated to work again. 0.3.8 will introduce more lore regarding Rita and probably won't have a lot of sex in it. I'm going to try and add some comedic nudity such as the scene above to keep your interest throughout the arc. I really want to do a beach scene for Azula or Altina but those scenes actually take a long time to do. The last beach scene took over 2 weeks to finish.

I received a few interesting complaints regarding 0.3.6 version of Scarlet Law (the Silvia update). There were two people (who played the public  version) who were offended because they believe that MC raped his landlady during the park scene. If anyone else here feels this way, I do apologize. I try my best to keep scenes interesting as possible without being too dark. I don't want the same old sex over and over again. I personally do not agree that MC raped Silvia, but everyone is free to have their own opinion.

It also reminds me of the scene where MC requests Estelle to take off her panties. I recall more than one person basically calling MC an asshole for making her do it. At the same time, there were more than a few people who are pissed at Estelle because Estelle gives MC shit all the time and he's supposed to take it. I feel like it's normal for roommates to give each other shit from time to time, but still love each other at the end of the day, but maybe that's just me.

I think it's also funny that a lot of people (maybe some of you included) feel that the MC is too much of a bitch or coward, but the few times that he's assertive or aggressive, he's an asshole. My intention is to make him a "regular and normal guy" who does feel awkward about having a harem and awkward situations happening around him. Maybe I just don't understand what people want. Maybe the lesson here is to ignore people's comments and just do my own stuff, especially if they aren't the ones paying me.

Last thing I find interesting is that, if you're so against darker themes in h-games, why are you playing Scarlet Law? Based off of the premise alone, this game should not interest you.

Anyway, that's just been on my mind lately. I recently finished one scene for SL so far, and picking up on the second. I've been working fairly slow recently. Not too happy with the progress of the Patreon/Subscriberstar recently. Believe it or not, we dipped again this month. But hey, no use being negative. I'm going to try and pick my head up and finish 0.3.8.
