Sketch Tier Reintroduction

The tier is currently capped at 3, so I can't guarantee a slot will be available, depending on the overall interest and when this post is seen.
Sketch rewards will be fulfilled after the first billing period, for those unaware.

It's one sketch per month. :3 With some stipulations that are outlined in the description of the tier.
